  We are pleased to announce that usb employee Sylvia Vogel has been awarded CMII Certification by the Institue of Configuration Management and Arizona State University's College of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
 

CMII facilitates achievement of consistent conformance and continuous improvement. It is a process for "changing faster" and "documenting better." It has proven to be an essential ingredient in successful efforts to revitalize industry and improve productivity on a broad scale.
Sylvia joins a select group of over 3,000 individuals from various business enterprises and government agencies who have satisfactorily completed this intensive three week program. Many of these individuals have already achieved significant improvements in their respective environments by the time they complete the third week.
