Three logically developed structures are set up to enable construction states to be defined and managed throughout the product's life cycle:
The logical structure defines the As designed.
The product structure defines the Should build or As planned.
The serial number structure defines the actual As built and thus applies concurrently to the operational and maintenance phases of the product, representing the As maintained.
Based on the existence of the structures described above, every change
from the definition of the basic configuration onwards is exclusively
controlled by the Agile PLM-CM change
